By accessing or using The 411 for the 719 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including community members, business owners, and visitors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All community participation is subject to our Community Rules. Posts are subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our rules and to restrict or ban users who repeatedly violate guidelines. Acceptable use includes respectful discourse, honest business dealings, and good-faith service requests.
Businesses may register for a listing on the Platform. Registration is subject to admin review and approval. Three tiers are available:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from your business dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
The Platform connects consumers seeking services with local businesses through lead notifications. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, quantity, or conversion of leads. Lead notifications are a convenience feature — businesses are solely responsible for vetting potential customers and managing their own client relationships. We are not a party to any transaction between businesses and consumers.
Certain service categories (e.g., real estate) may involve referral fee agreements. By engaging with real estate leads through the Platform, business owners acknowledge and agree to the referral terms presented at the time of engagement. Referral windows and fee percentages are disclosed prior to acknowledgment.
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (posts, comments, reviews, blog articles, business descriptions). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
The Platform's design, branding, code, and original content are the property of The 411 for the 719 and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree not to:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 411 for the 719 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The 411 for the 719, its owners, and operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
